Preceding the Budweiser Shootout will be the Lucas Oil Slick Mist 200 ARCA Racing Series presented by RE/MAX and Menards. The 80-lap, 200-mile race features the future stars of racing. Gatorade Duel at Daytona

The Gatorade Duel will showcase every Daytona 500 entrant. Two action-packed, pulse-pounding races take center stage as drivers compete in the 150-mile qualifying races that determine who gets to take the green flag in the 53rd Daytona 500. Later in the day, the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series drivers battle for starting positions during qualifying for the NextEra Energy Resources 250, under the lights. The Gatorade Duel, showcasing every Daytona 500 entrant, will showcase the fierce battle to qualify for the Daytona 500. The daily ticket is good for all events taking place that day.

This series returns to put on a bumper-to-bumper, wheel-to-wheel show from green to checkered flag in 250 miles of pure adrenaline under the lights. The Camping World Truck Series represents the first rung in NASCAR’s national touring series. The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series will kick off its season with a 100-lap race at Daytona. The tough trucks, with top drivers Todd Bodine and Mike Skinner, are famous for their wild and unpredictable three-wide racing on the daunting 31-degree high banks.
