Return / Cancellation Policy

While our terms and conditions are listed on our delivery information page and the order page, please note that we can only cancel your order if you have not received your tickets. Tickets shipped, picked up or delivered cannot be cancelled or returned due to contractual obligations with the theme parks. If you have not received your tickets, and we have not yet charged your account, there will be no fee. If we have fulfilled your order, we will cancel your order per your request and charge a $25.00 cancellation fee as mentioned in our cancellation policy.
