For Orders Being Collected/Delivered: For the customer’s protection, prepaid ticket orders will not be left at the hotel front desk or at the attraction gate. All deliveries will be made only after the customer has contacted our office to verify the arrival at their resort/hotel.
All orders canceled either: [1] four days prior to the arrival date; [2] anytime after the arrival date will receive a $25.00 cancellation fee.
Picture identification (Driver's license/state issued ID or passport), matching the credit card, will be required upon delivery or pick up along with the original credit card. TICKETS ARE RELEASED ONLY TO THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER!!
Tickets shipped, picked up or delivered cannot be canceled or returned due to contractual obligations with the theme parks.
