Hotel Delivery:

For a $15.00 delivery fee, we will deliver your tickets to you at your attractions area hotel
*We deliver Monday-Friday.
*We start taking calls to schedule deliveries at 8 am & deliver until 4pm on a first call first deliver basis.
*Deliveries cannot be pre scheduled in advance.
*You must call and speak to one of our representatives upon arrival at your hotel.
*Credit Card holder must be present with Picture Identification and original credit card used for purchase. To protect your investment, tickets will not be left at your resort or hotel. TICKETS ARE RELEASED ONLY TO THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER!!

**Upon arrival at The Official Ticket Center, located at the NW corner of Vineland Rd. (also known as State Road 535) and Poinciana Blvd., we will have your tickets ready and waiting for you. Picture identification, matching the credit card, will be required upon arrival along with the original credit card. TICKETS ARE RELEASED ONLY TO THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER!!
