Perhaps the best part of this pavilion is the Biergarten. Enjoy a German Oktoberfest buffett complete with German sausages and red cabbage. Things get lively when yodelers and dancers perform clad in lederhosen! Counter service is also available at Sommerfest serving pretzels, beer, etc. A must visit are the shops in this pavilion where they sell German steins, cuckoo clocks, Hummel and Goebel collectibles, and teddy bears. Venture to the other side of the square and you will find German Christmas items (look for the pickle tree and ask for the story behind it). German candies and hand crafted treats and assorted wines. Wine tasting is also available. Be on the lookout for Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs who make ocassional appearances. While heading to Italy there is an adorable miniature German train and village scene. Don't forget to stop by KIDCOT the special area for kids where kids can interact with a country native.
