Official Ticket Center Policy for Walt Disney World tickets regarding Coronavirus
 
Tickets with usage dates during Walt Disney World's park closure will not be refunded. Guests will be able to use these tickets through December 15, 2020 at no additional fee. After December 15, 2020 there will be date-change fee determined by Walt Disney World. Please contact Walt Disney World if you have questions regarding this.

PLEASE NOTE: TICKETS BEING MAILED CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED TO THE CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS.

Tickets shipped or E-mailed cannot be canceled or returned due to contractual obligations with the theme parks.

E-Tickets: Can not be refunded, transferred or exchanged. E-ticket is provided in credit card holders name only. Full credit card verification, name, address, zip code, phone number, email address on file with credit card company must be a complete match before "e-tickets" will be provided. E-TICKETS MUST BE SENT TO THE CARDHOLDER'S EMAIL ADDRESS, ONLY.

*DISNEY E-Ticket is NOT RFID admission ticket, must take emailed Disney confirmation to Will Call to redeem for RFID admission ticket. DISNEY TICKETS ARE ONLY ISSUED AS E TICKETS.


*ATTENTION: Once E-Ticket is issued, changes can NOT be made. Must wait to visit Park Guest Services to upgrade.
