* Licensed ticket agents are unable to handle Florida Resident Tickets


For Orders Being Collected:

For the customer’s protection, prepaid ticket orders will be released to the cardholder ONLY.

All orders canceled either: [1] four days prior to the arrival date; [2] anytime after the arrival date will receive a $25.00 cancellation fee.


Picture identification (Driver's license/state issued ID or passport), matching the credit card, will be required upon delivery or pick up along with the original credit card. TICKETS ARE RELEASED ONLY TO THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER!!

PLEASE NOTE: TICKETS BEING MAILED CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED TO THE CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS. IF THE BILLING ADDRESS IS INTERNATIONAL, THEN TICKETS MUST BE COLLECTED FROM OFFICE.

Tickets shipped, picked up or E-mailed cannot be canceled or returned due to contractual obligations with the theme parks.

E-Tickets: Can not be refunded, transferred or exchanged. E-ticket is provided in credit card holders name only. Full credit card verification, name, address, zipcode, phone number, email address on file with credit card company must be a complete match before "e-tickets" will be provided. E-TICKETS MUST BE SENT TO THE CARDHOLDER'S EMAIL ADDRESS, ONLY.

*DISNEY E-Ticket is NOT RFID admission ticket, must request to have RFID Enabled ticket to be mailed to you in the special instructions box at checkout. (Please note: We only ship to the cardholder’s billing address if within the United States) You can also request to pick up the tickets here in our office upon arrival, during our business hours.

Unverified orders will be set as "pickups" until successfully verified or designated otherwise by cardholder.
*ATTENTION: Once E-Ticket is issued, changes can NOT be made. Must wait to visit Park Guest Services to upgrade.
