Order Policy

Pick Up and Delivery: For the customer’s protection, prepaid ticket orders will not be left at the hotel front desk or at the attraction gate.
All deliveries will be made only after the customer has contacted our office to verify the arrival at their resort/hotel.
All orders canceled either: [1] four days prior to the arrival date; [2] anytime after the arrival date will receive a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Picture identification (Driver's license/state issued ID or passport), matching the credit card, will be required upon delivery or pick up along with the original credit card.

E-Tickets Orders - All orders with request to receive tickets electronically will under go a screening process.
If the process can not be completed successfully or items do not match up per company E-Ticket requirement.
Guest will be notified of alternative ticket redemption method.

Tickets that have already shipped, been picked up, delivered or emailed cannot be cancelled or returned due to contractual obligations with the theme parks. Prices are subject to change.
